Daniel Farke is reportedly looking to add some firepower to Leeds United this summer. The club managed to score 95 goals this season, but will need some quality upgrades to replicate that in the Premier League.
The Whites are heading into next season with limited options in attack. Joel Piroe, Patrick Bamford and Mateo Joseph is a trio of strikers that do not inspire confidence among fans. Especially considering how Leicester City had Jamie Vardy, and Ipswich Town had Liam Delap, yet both teams were relegated.

Leeds United could still sign Coventry City star

Leeds United still have Jack Rudoni on their list of targets this summer. Daniel Farke is keen on adding some depth in attacking midfield, and the Coventry City star fits the bill. Sky Sports pundit Don Goodman recently criticized Leeds’ link to Rudoni, saying the youngster should stay with Frank Lampard.
Graeme Bailey has now revealed to EFL Analysis that a move for the midfielder can still be made, as Coventry could sell this summer:
“With Rudoni, obviously Coventry are assessing it. They will sell, though.
“We’ve seen the links to the Premier League; Leeds and Newcastle. I think Rudoni will go, but it’s just a matter of where he’ll end up. I think the player himself is going to be assessing it, but I think he will go this summer.
“There’s Premier League interest in there. But, I think the interest is stronger in the Championship as of now. He’s waiting to see what happens. I don’t think it’s 100% where he goes just yet, as in which league he goes to. But an exit is likely.”
Rudoni is not worth signing
There is really nothing outstanding about the midfielder’s game. In fact, he pales in comparison to some of Leeds United’s other targets in attacking midfield. Including Emi Buendia and Gus Hamer.
And with Coventry said to be demanding a huge fee, a move for the 23-year old is not advisable.
