We have our sodium chloride at the ready for this one, but Newcastle United and Liverpool are said to be interested in Ligue 1 defender Abdelhamid Aït Boudlal from Stade Rennais.
The 19-year-old central defender spent last season on loan at Ligue 2 side Amiens, where former Newcastle United forward Andy Carroll currently plays.
A report from Le360 Sport in Morocco has suggested that Newcastle have already met with the player, and that Liverpool have made a 'concrete offer' to sign the youngster.
The Moroccan is also reportedly being chased by Nice and two unnamed clubs from La Liga.

Abdelhamid Aït Boudlal is a target for Liverpool and Newcastle
Everywhere else is reporting it, so it's our duty to bring the rumour to you with our added dose of scepticism
We've seen a few outlets cover this link, and for the most part, we've ignored them due to the fact that the stories originate from Morocco - the home country of the young, talented player set to become the next big thing for their National side. Salt. Large pinches of salt.
Reporting on top Premier League clubs being interested in your country's hottest prospect is a good way to get eyes on the player, so we didn't believe there was anything at all in the rumours.
However, The Chronicle have picked it up and they believe there could be truth to the rumours. We're not saying, by any stretch, that The Chronicle is the gospel; if anything, we're using this to measure their accuracy.

We still aren't convinced about the validity of the claims
Abdelhamid Aït Boudlal is certainly a name to keep an eye on this summer to see where, if anywhere, he does end up.
A good season in Ligue 2 doesn't exactly scream "The Star of Tomorrow", but youngsters have been plucked from more obscure places and turned into top-quality players.
Whether Liverpool's or Newcastle's interest, and indeed 'concrete offer' are genuine, only time will tell.
