Man Utd are open to several exits in the summer transfer window.

Manchester United youngster Gabriele Biancheri admits he could leave the club on loan this summer. The 18-year-old was a standout performer at youth level last season and is eager to prove himself at senior level ahead of a pivotal campaign in his career.

Biancheri netted 21 goals in 35 appearances across the various youth levels and was on the radar of head coach Ruben Amorim, though he never made it into a senior matchday squad. He could feature for United in their pre-season schedule before a final decision is made on his development.

The teenage striker will be eager to play regularly next season given he is in contention for a shock role at next summer's World Cup. Although he currently represents Wales at youth level, the forward is on the radar of the Canadian national side ahead of their joint-hosting of the tournament. The Cardiff-born striker is eligible to represent Canada through his mother, while he also qualifies to play for Italy, and was recently called up to a training camp by Jesse Marsch.

Biancheri could leave on loan this summer

Gabriele Biancheri is still unsure of his Manchester United future but admits he could leave the club on loan this summer if it is best for his development. “I don’t really know the plan for next season," he told The Athletic.

“I just take everything as it comes. If that’s going on loan and learning and getting experience playing men’s football, I’ll take it. If that’s getting a chance with the first team and playing Under-21s and earning my shot, that’s what I’ll do.

“That’s why I play football: to play at the highest level, to play for Man United’s first team. I’ll always push myself to reach the heights I know I can. Playing for United’s first team is a dream, but I know I can make it happen.”

Biancheri also went on to admit his own style of play drew influence from Man City legend Sergio Aguero, who tormented defences despite his slight build. He added: “Like me, (Agüero) wasn’t the biggest or strongest, but he knew where to be and he’d score all the time.”
