OKLAHOMA CITY (KAIT) - Two former Razorbacks are on the biggest stage in basketball.
Fort Smith natives Isaiah Joe and Jaylin Williams have played key roles as the Oklahoma City Thunder have reached the NBA Finals. Joe averaged 10 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist per game in the regular season. He had 11 points on May 28th as OKC closed out Minnesota in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.
Williams averaged 5 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists in the regular season. He dropped triple doubles for the Thunder on April 11th, March 19th, and March 7th. Williams has appeared in 14 games in the NBA Playoffs, his best performance was a 9 point, 5 rebound, 3 assist, 2 block, 1 steal outing against Memphis on April 20th.
The Thunder face the Pacers in the NBA Finals. Every game will be televised on K8-ABC.
