Everton and West Ham are among the clubs joining the race to land Kyle Walker-Peters on a free transfer, sources have told Football Insider.
Football Insider revealed on Monday (2 June) that Brighton will face competition for Walker-Peters’ signature.
The Seagulls could be joined by Everton, West Ham and Fulham in the race as the full-back, 28, prepares to walk away from Southampton for free on 30 June.
Meanwhile, European clubs are also weighing up approaches for the two-cap England international.

Walker-Peters will evaluate offers in the coming weeks as he prepares to have his pick of potential new clubs.
The versatile defender was relegated with Southampton this term but has a wealth of Premier League experience after joining the Saints on an initial loan in 2020.

He can play at both right-back and left-back, doing so regularly for the south coast club in recent seasons.
Everton are in desperate need of full-back reinforcements after allowing Ashley Young to leave, while Seamus Coleman’s future is yet to be decided.

Everton ready to sign creative midfield star
Meanwhile, Football Insider has revealed (3 June) that Everton will be in the market for more attacking midfield reinforcements despite already completing a permanent move for Charly Alcaraz.
The Toffees have activated their £12.6million option to sign Alcaraz, 22, from Flamengo.
Abdoulaye Doucoure has made the number ten role his own on Merseyside but will be allowed to leave as a free agent at the end of his deal later this month.
Everton will plot further reinforcements in attacking midfield areas this summer – with the position earmarked as a priority for David Moyes.
