3 cracks for Rams GM Les Snead to play white knight for struggling NFL teams

Do [**the Los Angeles Rams**](https://ramblinfan.com/) have plenty of talent to spare? Well, that depends on how healthy this team remains throughout the 2025 NFL season. I do think that it's fair to admit that the Rams roster as the team enters 2025 is a bit better suited for the challenges of a 17-game NFL season. The Rams did not attack the offseason seeking stars. Rather, this offseason seemed to focus on finding contributors.

Whether starters or not, they add meaningful depth to a team that had to overcome significant adversity in 2024. The Rams opened Week 1 without either starting offensive tackle or starting cornerback. The team lost its starting center in the game. And yet, the Rams went on the road and fought the Detroit Lions into overtime.

Other NFL teams are facing that same level of early adversity. For those teams, it's still quite early, and they have every opportunity to work waiver wires, scan the NFL free agency market, or even initiate trade negotiations to restore balance and depth to their rosters in time to compete in 2025. Does their misfortune create opportunities for the Rams front office? You decide.

In order to do that, you have to know which teams may struggle. They are:
