The general public didn’t have much faith in the Denver Broncos heading into the 2024 season.
The jury was out on Bo Nix, the sixth quarterback off the board in last year’s draft, and it was unclear what the team would look like around him.
Head coach Sean Payton believed in his team, and they in him, turning them into a 10-win organization.
While they didn’t go far in the playoffs, the Broncos demonstrated that they have a lot of hope moving forward, and that someone in the AFC West can, at the very least, challenge the Kansas City Chiefs for the top spot.
The Broncos have been making moves throughout the offseason to improve their roster, and they didn’t just stop with the draft.
Tom Pelissero recently highlighted on X that the Broncos recently hosted J.K. Dobbins on a visit, potentially wanting him to join their team in 2025.
Former #Chargers starting RB J.K. Dobbins is headed to Denver tonight to have dinner with coaches and visit the #Broncos facility Thursday, per source.

As Pelissero mentioned, Dobbins had over 1,000 yards and nine touchdowns last year, and could be a meaningful contributor for a playoff team like the Broncos.
Nix had a great rookie season, and there’s no telling how much better he could get with better talent around him.
It will be interesting to see what the Broncos can accomplish in 2025 and how their new pieces will come together to form one cohesive unit.
Payton might just be the right coach to bring them all together, and he’s proven to be a solid unifier when he has the proper team built up.
