West Ham could swoop for Jack Grealish this summer.
Graham Potter is in desperate need of an attacking overhaul this summer and the Manchester City star would fit the bill.
The Hammers scored the sixth-lowest amount of goals in the Premier League this season as they finished 14th in the division.
Grealish has struggled to replicate the form that earned him the £100million move to the Etihad Stadium but could benefit from a change of scenery.

West Ham to seal Grealish loan deal
The London Stadium outfit could take advantage of the latest developments with Pep Guardiola’s side.

Grealish will not be taken to the FIFA Club World Cup, and Telegraph journalist Matt Law revealed (4 June) that he will be allowed to leave on loan this summer.
Iconic commentator Ian Darke believes that a loan deal to the Irons is a genuine option for the England star.
Speaking exclusively to West Ham Zone, he said: “That is not inconceivable, it makes sense as a loan, to have Grealish offer them something else down the left-hand side.
“It is not the craziest idea, but I don’t know how much credence there is in that story at this early stage of the window.
“What they are crying out for, I covered them the other day against Nottingham Forest, they are crying out for some pace and dynamism.
“It is all very slow and laboured, their build-up through the centre of midfield, you could write a book in the time it takes them to develop some attacks.”

Grealish move should interest West Ham
The Hammers are in desperate need of a creative playmaker, with Lucas Paqueta struggling due to the FA hearing that is hanging over his head.
Grealish would thrive in East London as he would be one of the main men once again and help relieve Jarrod Bowen of the attacking burden, rather than a supporting cast member at the Citizens.
If David Sullivan and Co can secure a loan switch for the former Three Lions ace ahead of the likes of Everton, Tottenham and Aston Villa, with City paying the majority of his lofty wages, it is a no-brainer.
