Arsenal are poised for a blockbuster move in the summer 2025 transfer window, with Real Madrid’s Rodrygo Goes emerging as their top winger target.

Rodrygo, contracted until 2028, has expressed discontent at playing out of position, preferring the left wing where Arsenal seek to upgrade over Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard.
His versatility—capable of playing across the front line—makes him an ideal fit for Mikel Arteta’s system, complementing Bukayo Saka’s right-wing dominance. Despite a €100 million (£84m) valuation, Rodrygo’s €10 million net annual wage demands, equivalent to £300,000 per week, could complicate negotiations.
