The Netherlands international endured a ‘stop-start’ campaign for the Eredivisie side and missed crucial games during the last stretch of the season due to a serious knee injury. The severity of the injury has casted a major doubt on Timber’s immediate future at the club as his contract expires in 2026.
The aforementioned report also suggests that Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester United are also interested in signing the 23-year-old. Feyenoord are trying their best to fend off interest from other clubs and are looking to extend the midfielder’s contract. However, the Dutch side are willing to offload Timber for around €30m if no agreement is reached in the coming weeks as they do not want to lose the midfielder on a free next year.
Signing Quinten Timber would be a step in the right direction for Tottenham. The Lilywhites need someone who could anchor the midfield and has the potential to become a key player for years to come.
