McConnell, Mathurin Extend Arizona's NBA Finals Streak

TUCSON, Ariz. - With the 2025 NBA Finals set to get underway this evening, it will mark the 11th consecutive season that a former member of the Arizona men's basketball team has participated in the NBA Finals - the longest active streak by any college in the country. The next closest is Kansas with four straight seasons.

Game 1 of the NBA Finals gets underway at 5:30 p.m. MST on ABC with the Indiana Pacers and former Wildcats T.J. McConnell and Bennedict Mathurin taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder. The rest of the NBA Finals schedule looks like this:
