Manchester United are showing keen interest in a summer move for Real Madrid target Nico Paz, according to CaughtOffside.
The Red Devils have reportedly been impressed with the Como midfielder after extensively scouting him, though no contact has taken place over a potential move to Old Trafford yet.
Real Madrid are believed to be front-runners to sign Paz at the moment, as their new boss Xabi Alonso is a huge admirer of the 'incredible' 20-year-old attacking midfielder, who spent eight years in Los Blancos’ youth ranks before joining Como permanently last year.
However, Paz himself is not expected to rush back to the Spanish capital unless there are assurances of regular playing time next season.

According to CaughtOffside, Paz’s uncertain stance over a return to Real Madrid could give Man United an opportunity to move for the Argentina international.
The Red Devils have made a strong start to the summer transfer window by welcoming Wolves forward Matheus Cunha and have placed signing another versatile attacker at the top of their agenda.
While they are also working on a deal to bring Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford, Paz would be another exciting target for United, who recently missed out on River Plate starlet Franco Mastantuono.
The 17-year-old midfielder is now edging closer to a summer move to Real Madrid, despite receiving interest from the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Man United last month.
Man United are expected to bring in two more attackers alongside Cunha this summer, including a new number nine to lead Ruben Amorim’s frontline.
The Red Devils remain interested in Sporting Lisbon star Viktor Gyokeres and have received the green light from the Sweden international over a summer move.
