England new boy Trevoh Chalobah, who is facing a tough choice over his Chelsea future, is attracting interest from Serie A champions Napoli.
Chalobah returned from loan at Crystal Palace in January to help Chelsea clinch qualification for the Champions League and win the Uefa Conference League.

The 25-year-old’s performances earned him a first call-up to the senior England squad for the games against Andorra, in Barcelona on Saturday, and Senegal next Tuesday night.
Napoli have been boosted by head coach Antonio Conte’s decision to stay at the club after winning the title and the Italian is now determined to build a squad capable of challenging both domestically and in the Champions League.
Chalobah is one player on whom the former Chelsea head coach is keen and the Serie A club is weighing up a move.
Chelsea have been delighted with Chalobah’s performances and attitude since returning from his loan spell at Crystal Palace and are not actively looking to sell him.

But the club will not be able to offer him a guarantee of first-team football next season, with Wesley Fofana due to return as Levi Colwill’s first-choice central defensive partner once he recovers from injury.

There is also the prospect of Chelsea signing a new central defender this summer, although they are currently leaning towards targeting a left-sided player which would not impact Chalobah as heavily.
Chalobah’s Chelsea future is likely to rest on whether or not he needs a guarantee of first-team football as he seeks to cement himself in Thomas Tuchel’s England squad for the next World Cup.
It is unlikely Chelsea would stand in his way if Chalobah felt that his England prospects would benefit from moving and the club received a good bid from Napoli or elsewhere.
Chalobah’s former Chelsea team-mate Billy Gilmour won the title with Napoli last season and Conte has shown how beneficial he can be to the careers of British players with Scott McTominay also thriving under him.

Asked about his future while on England duty this week, Chalobah said: “For me, I just have to focus on the now, leave all the noise out there that is surrounding me and my future.”
