The star in question here is Kepa. The 30 year old is fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge. He has spent both of the last two seasons away on loan. He had a good season recently with Bournemouth and is now said to finally leave Chelsea on permanent basis.
Fabrizio Romano has shared a key update about Kepa which he received from Sky Sports. According to him, Gunners are informed about the £5 million release clause of Kepa. This can be tempting for Arsenal who need a backup keeper.

Kepa can be a very good addition to the Arsenal squad. He has vast experience of playing at the top level. In addition, he will cost only £5 million which can be seen by Gunners as bargain. The player made 97 saves in Premier League this season with an 71.3% save percentage.
