Manchester United have formally made their second bid for Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo, GIVEMESPORT sources understand.
The Red Devils are looking to bolster their squad this summer with Ruben Amorim desperate to add to his attacking options, and they have already sealed a deal for Wolves star Matheus Cunha.
Now they have turned their attentions to Cameroon international Mbeumo, and after having an initial bid rejected for the winger this week, they have now returned with a second bid worth in excess of £60m.

Bryan Mbeumo in action for Brentford
Mbeumo, who has been described as 'insane', was the subject of a bid worth £45million plus an additional £10million in add-ons from Old Trafford chiefs earlier this week.
However, that bid was rejected by Brentford bosses, who value Mbeumo at closer to £70m and are using the £62.5m Man Utd agreed to pay Wolves for Cunha as their benchmark for negotiations.
But Man Utd are hoping to lower that fee and have now made a bid closer to that value, knowing that Mbeumo has made it clear that he only wants to move to Old Trafford despite interest from other clubs in the Premier League such as Arsenal and Newcastle United.
Mbeumo had the best season of his career in 2024/25, netting 20 Premier League goals and registering seven assists too as he helped Brentford finish 10th in the top-flight. But a move to Man Utd, who he supported as a child, is something he is very keen on despite the fact the Red Devils won't be playing European football next season.
