Wrexham are tackling the summer transfer window head on as they prepare for their Championship campaign.
Phil Parkinson is targeting Premier League quality and has begun the window in an aggressive fashion by holding talks with Danny Ings and Ben Davies.
Wrexham have offered contracts to Craig Dawson and Aaron Cresswell, whilst Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have also given the green light for a £3m move for Lewis Travis.
Reports also claim Wrexham want to sign Christian Eriksen following his departure from Manchester United in what would be a sensational arrival at the Racecourse Ground.

Three ways Wrexham could line up with Christian Eriksen
Eriksen’s astonishing wages mean that a deal with the Red Dragons seems unlikely however, this is Wrexham and you would be a brave person to claim anything is beyond their reach.
Wrexham’s owners are eyeing further investment in a huge indication that the club is growing at a rapid rate and the signing of Eriksen would be a huge statement.
Wrexham Insider looks at three ways Parkinson could set up his current team with the addition of Eriksen should the incredible dream become reality.

Eriksen partners Ollie Rathbone in a central midfield role
The most obvious choice for Parkinson would be for Eriksen to slot into a central midfield role alongside Ollie Rathbone.
Rathbone’s energy would allow Eriksen to be the player to get on the ball and dictate play for Wrexham, whilst they would be joined by either Matty James or George Dobson to provide defensive stability.
That midfield trio would enable Wrexham to have a good blend of energy, tenacity and composure on the ball, it would be a match for most midfields in the Championship.
Christian Eriksen drops deep in midfield to replace Matty James
Another option for Parkinson could be to drop Eriksen as his deepest midfielder in order to pick the ball up from in front of the back three and use his incredible passing range from deep.
Andrea Pirlo used to play the role magnificently well during the twilight of his career and Eriksen would almost become Wrexham’s ‘quarterback’, whilst having energy and youthful legs around him.
Wrexham’s pursuit of Travis could be bad news for Dobson but the 27-year-old would provide the perfect foil for Eriksen in a midfield trio with his ability to run non-stop for the cause.
Christian Eriksen to link up with Sam Smith in advanced Wrexham role
Sam Smith was a player that at times cut a lonely figure up top for Wrexham with Jay Rodriguez dropping deep and failing to provide any real service to the striker.
However, should Parkinson choose to play Eriksen off of Smith in an advanced role, Smith would be guaranteed to receive quality service from the Danish international.
Rodriguez was tasked with the role towards the end of Wrexham’s League One campaign and struggled to get on the ball and find pockets of space – the role is tailored for Eriksen.
