Leeds United have had a magnificent effect on some players’ career when they arrive at Elland Road. Some players have come to West Yorkshire and become cult heroes.
Just this past season, Manor Solomon wrote his name in Leeds hearts. He scored the title-winning goal on the final day of the season in stoppage time. The Spurs man only joined the club on loan because of Daniel Farke. His 2024 was poor, and he saw the loan as a chance to revive his career. Solomon missed most of the year with injury, and the stint at Leeds turned his short-term future around.

Former Leeds United star makes bizarre recommendation

Former Leeds star Ross McCormack has made an outrageous suggestion. He believes that the Whites should consider a deal for Manchester City star Jack Grealish:
“It’ll be interesting to see where he goes. I think the most important thing for Jack is that he goes somewhere where he’s going to feel loved and has the freedom to go and express himself.
“Solomon is away back to Spurs, so I’ll take Jack at Leeds if that’s ok?” he said on TalkSport.
Manchester City are reportedly looking to offload the player this summer, and have dropped him from their upcoming Club World Cup squad.
Three main reasons why Jack Grealish is unrealistic
The first reason is that he would not want to come to a team battling relegation. Making the downgrade from being a former Premier League winner is not an option for him. Secondly, Leeds cannot afford his wages; there is literally no way to financially engineer a wage package for the England star.
Lastly, the club do not need a distraction like him. His off field issues will only surround the team with unwanted headlines during the season. Jack Grealish should not be mentioned anywhere near Leeds United.
