Jack Grealish will leave Manchester City this summer, and has now been linked with a sensational move to Everton.
Everton are moving into their new stadium, and could give it a grand opening with a big-name arrival such as the England international.
Grealish struggled this season, but showed his quality in the past as he became a British-record transfer when he joined Man City from Aston Villa, and helped them win the treble.
The 29-year-old is reportedly available on loan, putting a lot of clubs on alert, but some have questioned if he is the right signing for David Moyes.

Mike Parry questions Grealish to Everton rumours
Everton minority shareholder and broadcaster Mike Parry has now had his say on the rumours linking Grealish with a move to Merseyside, but he has questioned the impact he could have.

Parry responded to a post on X asking if Grealish would be a good signing for Everton, and he issued a negative response.

“No for me .. He undoubtedly has football skills but what exact pivotal role would he have in our mighty team,” he claimed.
Grealish’s struggles this year may put some clubs off, but if he has a team built around him, he could find his previous form.
Moyes can get the best out of Grealish
Moyes is looking to add to his attack, and wants some more flair and creativity in his side, which could be provided by Grealish.
If the attacker is given a role where he can express himself, ahead of a solid defence and midfield structure, he can become Everton’s attacking talisman.
Everton progressed up the table once Moyes returned, and he helped several players improve their individual performances. Beto, for example, looked lost until he arrived, and is now the first-choice centre-forward.
Grealish could hope to go through a similar transformation under Moyes if he moves to Everton, and he could be a game-changing addition for next season.
It would likely have to be a loan deal to sign Grealish, but this could be a masterstroke of a signing if he can recover the form he showed at Villa and in Man City’s treble-winning season.
