Manchester United have made enquiries for Inter Milan defender Yann Bisseck, according to reports in the Italian media.
The German international came on as a substitute for the Nerazzurri in the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain earlier this month before picking up an injury.
Bisseck did play regularly for Inter over the course of last season, but Calciomercato.it claim that he could be let go this summer, with United among those who have “tested the waters” to see if he is available.

In addition to the Red Devils, it is believed that Tottenham, Aston Villa and West Ham are interested in securing his services. Spurs are currently regarded as the favourites due to the fact that they have a player Inter want in exchange – Radu Dragusin.
What do fans need to know about Bisseck?
The 24-year-old hasn’t really stayed at one club for an extended period during his career so far. He started out in Cologne’s academy before being sent out on loan spells to Holstein Kiel, Roda JC, Vitoria Guimaraes and Danish side Aarhus.
Bisseck eventually moved to Denmark on a permanent basis in the summer of 2022, but he caught the eye of Inter, who spent €7.2m to bring him to Italy just a year later.
Man United will need to add numbers at the back
Victor Lindelof is set to leave Old Trafford when his contract expires at the end of this month, while Jonny Evans is set to retire from professional football.
With head coach Ruben Amorim needing a fair few centre-halves to provide cover in his back three, he may need to reinforce this position before the end of the summer. Bisseck could potentially be a candidate as long he is available for a reasonable price.
