Liverpool will be able to bring in some signings this summer ahead of next season in the Premier League
Liverpool will be looking to win the Premier League title again next season. Arne Slot guided the Reds to top spot in his first year in English football. He was picked as their replacement for Jurgen Klopp just over 12 months ago and he has done an impressive job.
The Merseyside giants have secured Jeremie Frimpong’s services for the next campaign, with Florian Wirtz poised to follow from Bayer Leverkusen. They have the chance to bolster their ranks further in the window. We have asked AI to predict their transfer activity...
Liverpool to strengthen midfield department
Liverpool have been predicted to secure an eye-catching deal for Nottingham Forest playmaker Morgan Gibbs-White by AI. As per a report by talkSPORT, he is valued at around the £100million mark. It seems unlikely he would join as well as Wirtz.
Gibbs-White, 25, has been on the books at the City Ground since 2022 and he has become a key player for his current club over the last three years. He has scored 18 goals in 118 games in all competitions and Forest will face a battle to keep hold of him in the future. The Stafford-born man has played for Wolves, Swansea City and Sheffield United in the past.
The Reds have also been backed to snap up Angelo Stiller from Stuttgart. He would give them more competition and depth in the middle of the park. The Germany international, who has four caps to his name, is left-footed so would add more balance to Slot’s options in the heart of the pitch if he moved over to England.
Stiller rose up through the academy ranks at Bayern Munich and was a regular for the Bundesliga giants at various different youth levels. He then switched to Hoffenheim as a youngster and spent two years there. He moved to MHPArena but he may well leave in near future for bigger things.
Liverpool to add more quality to their attack
AI have tipped Liverpool to make big headlines and lure Alexander Isak away from Newcastle United. The striker would significantly turbocharge Slot’s attacking department. He has been prolific under the guidance of Eddie Howe over the last couple of years.
The Swedish hotshot made the move to the North East back in 2023. Prior to that, he had played for AIK, Borussia Dortmund and Real Sociedad. He has since fired 62 goals for Newcastle in 109 games altogether, 27 of which came this past term. It would take a big money fee for Liverpool to try and tempt him to join them down the line.
In addition to Isak, AI has put Randal Kolo Muani’s name forward for the Reds. He remains at PSG but may well become available for transfer. The Frenchman is no longer a regular for the new European champions and so they might look to offload him.
Kolo Muani was given the green light to spend time on loan at Juventus back in January. His temporary exit to Italy gave him the chance to get some regular minutes and show what he can do. He scored eight goals in Serie A for the Turin outfit and that form has put him back in the shop window.
