The summer transfer window will see Wolves invest heavily in the market, especially with two of their big players departing.
Matheus Cunha joined Manchester United last weekend, and now, Rayan Ait-Nouri is closing in on his Manchester City transfer.
Wolves fans are used to losing their best players, but there is now an emphasis on replacing them, and the club have made structural changes which will hand Vitor Pereira more control.
Matt Hobbs left Wolves by mutual consent this week, and Domenico Teti could be joining as a technical director, with Jorge Mendes helping secure transfers to Molineux.
Supporters are excited about that prospect, with several exciting signings set to be made, including a move for a talented centre-back.

Vitor Pereira has asked Wolves to sign Robert Renan
Pereira will see attacking reinforcements as a priority but equally, the Portuguese tactician wants to bolster his defence.
Wolves have been linked with Dara O’Shea, after failing to capture him last summer, and now UOL report that centre-back Robert Renan is of interest to Pereira, and he’s asked the club to sign the Brazilian.
The 56-year-old worked with Renan during his time at Corinthians in 2022, and the Brazilian is now playing for Zenit St Petersburg but spent last season on loan at Al Shabab.
MORE WOLVES STORIES
Renan, who has been tracked by the likes of Real Madrid and Chelsea in the past, was also wanted by Bruno Lage in 2022, as per journalist Jorge Nicola.
That was when the Brazilian was just 18-years-old and playing under Pereira at Corinthians before the Wolves manager tried to sign him for Al Shabab.
Now 21-years-old, the ‘exciting’ Renan has a £22 million release clause in his Zenit contract, with talks at an early stage between the two clubs.
What Wolves fans need to know about Renan
Renan is a promising, left-footed centre-back known for his excellent ball-playing ability and defensive solidity.
The Brazilian excels technically, physically and has equally outstanding mental traits. The 2003-born star offers exceptional class and composure on the ball with a great first touch.
In March 2023, Renan received a surprise international call-up, despite boasting limited appearances at club level and only featuring for Brazil’s under-18s and under-20s.
Renan played 35 times on loan at Al Shabab last term, assisting three goals, while displaying all-round brilliant defensive and passing qualities.
Now, after working under Pereira three years ago, the Wolves boss could re-sign his former player and watch him flourish on the left side of defence.
