Newcastle United's Dan Burn starts for England against Andorra tonight, with club team-mate Anthony Gordon on the bench. England take on Andorra in Barcelona this evening in their third World Cup qualifying match, a game they are expected to win comfortably.

Burn has enjoyed an incredible season for Newcastle, scoring the opening goal in the 2-1 Carabao Cup final win over Liverpool in March and remaining an integral part of Eddie Howe's side, as they qualified for the Champions League with a fifth-place finish.

The 33-year-old was perhaps a surprise call up in Tuchel's first England squad, and made his debut in a 2-0 win over Albania at Wembley, almost marking his first game for the Three Lions with a goal.

Gordon has struggled to match the heights of the 2023-24 campaign, and had a somewhat frustratting end to the season after suspension and then injury hampered his playing time.

However, he was in blistering form over the winter period, scoring five goals in six games as United surged up the table and defeated Arsenal over two legs in the Carabao Cup semi-finals.

Reported United target Noni Madueke of Chelsea starts, with another on United's wishlist, Burnley keeper James Trafford, on the bench.

England are looking to maintain their 100 per cent record so far in Group K, following wins over Latvia and Albanian. Tuchel's side will face Senegal in a friendly on Tuesday night at Nottingham Forests City Ground.

Andorra have never scored against England are not expect to overly tax Tuchel's men this evening. England will also face Serbia in Group K, with the winners progressing to next summer's World Cup finals. Second place will earn a spot in the play-offs.
