Vita Vea Coordinates Team Golf Outing
June 7th, 2025
Joe is an addict for all things Bucs, which explains why Joe suffers through the Shilo Sanders drops on his YouTube channel.
Sanders may be the most popular Bucs player in the country. That sounds ridiculous for a 25-year-old undrafted rookie safety, but he’s got a ton of fans out there willing to watch him fail to entertain.
Joe is not knocking Shilo. He seems like a nice, chill young man, one certainly not overly impressed by his status as a son of Deion Sanders — but smart enough to cash in on it.
Sanders’ latest video chronicles him on the golf course for the first time — in Tampa. He’s joined by a bunch of Bucs rookies at a bonding event he said was bought and paid for by Vita Vea.
Per Joe’s scrutiny of the video, it seems like Vea might have invited the entire roster as Sanders’ golf cart has a Trey Palmer/José Ramirez tag on it. (Perhaps rookies were playing separately?)
Lots of bad golf and standing around on the video. But if you want to see what it looks like when a 400-plus pound man grabs an iron, the footage will satisfy.
Joe felt compelled to share this because Baker Mayfield got so much media run just because he bought brunch for his first-round pick of a receiver and family members and teammates joined. For Joe, Vea’s act is much more impressive.
