Rangers look set to do plenty of business with the Premier League this summer.
Now that Russell Martin is Rangers’ manager, the Englishman is not wasting time in the transfer market.
Conor Coady has been linked with a move to Ibrox as the Gers look to end their defensive woes.
Martin is also reportedly looking to sign Jamie Vardy after Leicester’s relegation from the Premier League.
However, Rangers’ transfer links do not stop there.

Rangers linked with Nottingham Forest’s Harry Toffolo
Martin reportedly has £20 million to upgrade his squad this summer as the Gers look to knock Celtic off their perch.
Numerous positions need upgrading after Rangers finished 15 points behind their Old Firm rivals.
Now, according to The Scottish Sun (7 June), The Gers could sign Forest’s Toffolo this summer.
The left-back looks set to quit the City Ground this summer after falling behind the pecking order.

The 29-year-old had been a regular at Forest, but he only managed to make seven appearances this season, four of which came in the Premier League.
Toffolo is believed to be keen on a switch to Ibrox and is out of contract this summer.
While Martin has inherited two left-backs, Ridvan Yilmaz has been linked with a Rangers departure.

Rangers’ defence needs an overhaul this summer
One of the key areas that Martin needs to improve this summer is Rangers’ defence.
In the 2024/25 campaign, the Gers leaked far too many goals, with 41 being conceded in 38 Scottish Premiership matches.
In away matches, the Glaswegians were particularly poor defensively and only kept four clean sheets when on their travels.
With Martin targeting players like Toffolo and Coady, hopefully, the Englishman recognises the need for a new backline if the Gers are going to challenge in Scotland once more.
Now, all that is needed is for Rangers to start officially making moves for these players and ensure their squad is ready for the 2025/26 campaign.
