David Moyes and The Friedkin Group are preparing for an overhaul at Everton this summer, ahead of a move to Bramley-Moore Dock.
Moyes has made no secret of his desire to reduce the average age of his Blues squad, with The Friedkin Group giving Everton the chance to spend for the first time in a while.
The Toffees do have to be prepared to offload players too, though, creating space in the squad and Moyes has wasted no time in doing so already.
Joao Virginia, Abdoulaye Doucoure, Ashley Young and Asmir Begovic are all leaving Goodison Park upon the expiry of their contracts, although TFG are setting up transfers elsewhere.

Virginia monitored by Roma
With The Friedkin Group owning both Everton and Roma, it could well be a matter of time until we see deals being struck between the two.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
However, as a starting point, the American owners are looking towards the out-of-contract players when it comes to a swap.
According to the print edition of La Gazzetta Dello Sport (8 June, page 18), Virginia is one of the goalkeepers who is being monitored by Roma this summer.

Virginia is leaving Everton.
The report states that Mile Svilar could be set to leave Serie A, leaving The Friedkin Group to turn to someone they already know as a potential answer.
When asked about the links, Virginia reportedly said: “To Rome? Who knows, we’ll see. We are certainly talking about a great club.”
Virginia has already said goodbye to Everton supporters, having taken to Instagram last week to send a heartfelt message to supporters ahead of his exit from Merseyside.
This season, the 25-year-old was only used in cup competitions by Everton.
Everton ready for big summer with Moyes
After Moyes’ transformation of Everton since his return earlier in the season, there is plenty for supporters to get excited about this summer.
The Friedkin Group overseeing their first proper transfer window is an opportunity for the Toffees to push themselves forward, further towards where they hope to be.
While there are plenty of servants to Everton who have given plenty over the years, the release of some of the older heads highlights the boss’ desire to move in a new direction.
The right additions will have to be made this summer, but Everton will surely be looking towards the new campaign with much more optimism.
