Tonight is Game 2 of the NBA Finals, and the big question is: How will the Oklahoma City Thunder respond following a late-game collapse in Game 1.
The Thunder led by 9 with just under 3 minutes to go, but the Pacers came back as Tyrese Haliburton hit a jumper with less than 1 second on the clock to give Indiana the 1-0 lead in the series.
Former Kentucky Wildcats star Shai Gilgeous Alexander had a game-high 38 points, but he wasn’t as efficient from the floor as he’s been most of the season, shooting 14-30 from the floor.
So how will OKC and SGA respond in Game 2 on their home floor?
The Thunder only had 4 postseason losses before Game 1, and in each of those, they bounced back in the next game with a victory. The Thunder only lost back-to-back games twice this season.
We’ll likely see a strong response from OKC in Game 2, and if the Thunder are going to pick up a win and even the series, they’ll need a big performance from SGA.
