Strahinja Pavlovic has ended up on Crystal Palace’s radar ahead of the summer transfer window and according to a report, the English side could submit a €30m bid to AC Milan.
Lots of movement is expected this summer, in fact it has already started, with Milan set to part ways with Tijjani Reijnders and potentially even Mike Maignan. As such, the Rossoneri will need to make some targeted reinforcements in order to remain competitive.
Max Allegri, the new head coach, has shared his thoughts with Igli Tare on how he wants the team to look for next season. Among the requests made, as reported by Gazzetta dello Sport recently, he has asked the club to keep hold of Pavlovic.
Crystal Palace prepare €30m bid
According to The Sun, Crystal Palace’s manager Oliver Glasner wants to reinforce the defence ahead of next season, with European football on the cards for the club. Marc Guehi is expected to leave the club and the manager has identified Pavlovic as the perfect replacement.

It’s not the first time that the Serbian has been mentioned in the Palace environment and according to the report, the English side are ready to put €30m (£25m) on the table. It’s believed that Milan want around £40 for the player, but given the financial situation, they might accept a lower figure.
It remains to be seen if the two clubs can find a compromise, or if Milan will even entertain the negotiations given Allegri’s desire to keep the club. However, it should be noted that the manager also wanted to keep Maignan, who now looks destined to join Chelsea.
