Tielemans was a fixture in Unai Emery’s Villa side that reached the quarter-finals last season.
But Villa will be playing Europa League football next term after finishing sixth in the Premier League.
“I feel good at Villa. I feel a lot of confidence from the club and the coach,” Belgium midfielder Tielemans said at a press conference ahead of the Red Devils’ World Cup qualifier against Wales in Brussels.
“I was constantly at a very high level and was very involved in Villa’s game. I have made progress in all areas.
“Does that make me think about a transfer? Nothing is ruled out, but I am not really thinking about that.
“I am doing well at Villa. I feel a lot of confidence from the club and the coach.”
The 28-year-old added: “It has been a long and tough season, but I still feel good and am ready to play.
“In Skopje (against North Macedonia) I did not really feel the fatigue, because I was on the bench for a large part of the match.”
Wales top the group with seven points from three games after beating Liechtenstein 3-0 at home.
Belgium began their World Cup campaign with a 1-1 draw against North Macedonia on Friday.
Tielemans said: “We can perform better. The intensity level was not high enough and the quality was too low.
“We have to be perfect at the World Cup, but we have to get there first.”
Belgium boss Rudi Garcia had identified Wales’ aerial strength ahead of the King Baudouin Stadium clash.
Garcia said: “They have some good headers (of the ball) and players from the Premier League, but we have to focus on ourselves.
“Wales are a close competitor for a place in the World Cup – so we have to win, especially in a home game.
“We are going to beat them because we are a good team.”
