Arne Slot could target four players in summer rebuild

Arne Slot isn’t holding back, as Liverpool’s potential summer transfer targets are looking bigger than expected.

The Liverpool manager has replaced Trent Alexander-Arnold with Jeremie Frimpong.

They’re also very close to bringing in German midfielder Florian Wirtz. The deal is in its final stages and is expected to be completed soon, according to multiple reports.

The Premier League champions are also looking to bring another full-back into the squad. They have their eyes on Milos Kerkez for the left-back role, with talks reportedly ongoing between the clubs.

The Dutch mastermind is interested in bringing Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike to Anfield, but no official talks have occurred between the clubs so far.

Now, as per reports (via Luklevia), Arne Slot might target these players who could fit perfectly into his system.

Arne Slot could target these players

Dan Ndoye – The 24-year-old Swiss international could be a perfect option for Slot, playing primarily as a left winger. With Luis Diaz’s future at Liverpool still uncertain, the Reds might see the Bologna forward as a key target. His stats also look promising, with 9 goals in all competitions last season. He could also be a cost-effective option, reportedly valued at around €40 million.

Maghnes Akliouche – The Frenchman is another possible target for the Merseyside club. He plays as a right winger and attacking midfielder. The 23-year-old could be a good fit under the Dutch manager, having scored 7 goals and provided 12 assists for Monaco in the 2024/25 season. His market value is reportedly around €55 million.

Nicolo Rovella – The Italian defensive midfielder could also be on Slot’s radar. Last season, he played on the left side of a double pivot and contributed 4 assists for Serie A side Lazio. Liverpool could reportedly land him for under €50 million.

Castello Lukeba – The 22-year-old French defender might be the ideal defensive signing for Liverpool. His ball-playing ability and technical versatility are exactly what Slot could use in his system. Lukeba can also play as a left-back if needed. His release clause at RB Leipzig is reportedly €90 million.
