Shedeur Sanders might not be a slam dunk NFL prospect, but Caitlin Clark appears to be a fan.
Clark mimicked Sanders’ trademark watch celebration upon arriving for Saturday’s game between the Indiana Fever and Chicago Sky. The celebration was popularized by Sanders while he was playing quarterback at Colorado.

Clark did not play in Saturday’s game, but she is clearly in good spirits as she works her way back from a quad injury. Her time on the sidelines has given her a chance to show off her wide array of celebrations and taunts at games.
Clark obviously has been paying attention to Sanders, who has been trying to solidify his spot on the Cleveland Browns. He unexpectedly fell to the fifth round of the NFL Draft, prompting questions about what doubts NFL teams have about him.
Sanders’ cultural reach clearly remains strong. He sounds as if he is delivering so far during offseason camp, too.
