Brentford boss Thomas Frank has agreed a deal to become the new Tottenham Hotspur manager, journalist Jake Sanders has revealed.
The Danish tactician is reportedly close to becoming Ange Postecoglou’s successor in North London after the Australian was sacked last week, despite leading Spurs to Europa League glory.
Frank is now set to end his seven-year spell with Brentford, though the two clubs have yet to agree on compensation for the 51-year-old’s departure.
It is believed a deal for Frank, praised as 'one of the best managers', could cost Spurs around £10m, as he has two years remaining on his contract with the Bees.
