Everton are making advances for a number of targets both domestically and on the continent this summer.
The Toffees are exploring a deal to sign Jack Grealish from Manchester City after Pep Guardiola’s decision to exclude him from the Club World Cup squad.
Grealish is also wanted by Newcastle United, who are keen on taking the £100m winger on a season-long loan deal.
David Moyes is also ready to activate Thierno Barry’s release clause, which is believed to be around £33m.
Now, there is a fresh transfer rumour that’s emerging, as Everton ready an official bid.

It’s understood the offer will include add-ons, but it’s not expected to be accepted as Galatasaray are seeking £29m.
Moyes looked at signing Yilmaz in January, so evidently, the Scotsman is a big admirer of the 25-year-old.
Yilmaz has been likened to Gareth Bale
Yilmaz’s playing style has drawn similarities to former Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale, as per GS Gazete.
The Turkey international has really impressive underlying data, ranking in the top 13 per cent for progressive carries per 90 across Europe, evincing his exceptional dribbling ability.
Just like Bale, Yilmaz is also really good in the air, with FBref data putting him in the top two per cent for aerial duels won.
There is serious competition for his signature, though, with Newcastle United, West Ham United and Nottingham Forest all circling.
So it won’t be an easy deal to do for Everton.
