Fans in Disbelief Over New Photo of NBA Legend on Sunday

The stars came out to Paycom Arena on Sunday night to watch the Oklahoma City Thunder take on the Indiana Pacers in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.

In the end, it was OKC who secured a much-needed 123-107 victory to tie the series at 1-1 before it shifts to Indiana for Games 3 and 4.

One of the big names who sat courtside to support his former team was Chris Paul. The NBA legend attended the game with his son, Chris Paul II, and the league posted a photo of the father-and-son duo posing for a quick snap mid-game.

Paul just completed his 20th season in the NBA after his first year with the San Antonio Spurs in 2024-25. His son, who was born in 2009, just turned 16 on May 23.

More than a few fans couldn't believe how much Chris Paul II has grown, especially considering how they watched him as a toddler during his dad's earlier years in the NBA.

"Can’t believe how big CP3 jr is," a comment on X read.

"Yo wtf, that kid is already that big?!" said another.

"damn he grew up!! 😭" wrote a user.

"Wait that’s his little son?! damn I’m old LOL," a reaction read.

"I know this aint lil chris????? nahh time flying wth," another said.

"damn that boy damn near look grown now," a fan posted.

Paul spent just one season with the Thunder back in the 2019-20 season, but it is clear that he formed quite a bond with his former teammates. The 12-time All-Star is now cheering for them as they inch closer to achieving their dream of winning an NBA championship--something that, sadly, has been the one thing missing in Paul's iconic career.
