Fulham and West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing 27-year-old Ukrainian winger Viktor Tsygankov from La Liga club Girona in the summer transfer window.
According to a report by Spanish outlet AS, Viktor Tsygankov remains sought-after in the Premier League despite his underwhelming 2024/25 campaign with Girona. Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur were among the prospective suitors vying for his signature last summer. However, the Girona winger has attracted mid-table clubs this year.
Fulham and West Ham United are in a three-way Premier League battle to sign the Nahariya native in the summer transfer window, with Bournemouth also keen on securing his services. Meanwhile, Tsygankov has a release clause worth €30 million in his contract with Girona, although the Catalan outfit may part ways with him for around €22 million.

Viktor Tsygankov has been among the most highly-revered wingers in La Liga since joining Girona from Dynamo Kyiv in January 2023. The 27-year-old has come leaps and bounds in the last two years, although he blew hot and cold in the 2024/25 season, with Girona struggling to match the heights of the 2023/24 campaign.
The Ukrainian international managed only two goals and five assists in 32 appearances across all competitions. However, Tsygankov’s stock in the market remains high, with Fulham and West Ham United among the prospective suitors vying for his signature heading into the summer transfer window.

Fulham’s interest in Viktor Tsygankov is understandable. The Cottagers are keen on reinforcing their offensive unit by signing a wide attacker in the summer transfer window.
