Liverpool are well-renowned for their astute transfer business and ability to balance the books.
The Reds have gone bold this summer in the hope of remaining at the pinnacle of English football, with Florian Wirtz potentially signing being a statement of intent.
Wirtz will likely cost Liverpool £118m, meaning they break their own transfer record and demolish the British record at the same time.
Outgoings, naturally, are needed to balance the books and ensure they remain financially stable, something the Reds have always been pretty good at.
This year is no different either and they might just be able to cover the cost of the Wirtz deal before he even joins by selling two stars who look destined to depart.

Al Hilal have approached Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz
When Saudi Arabian clubs come knocking, that usually only means one thing, that they are prepared to offer silly money to get the targets they desire.
This will spell good news for Liverpool as Al Hilal, who were recently willing to spend £100m on Bruno Fernandes, have approached Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz according to Foot Mercato.

The Saudi club came in for Nunez in January and saw a £70m bid rejected by the Reds, only because they did not have enough time to find a replacement.

However, if they come in for the Uruguayan again with a similar fee, you would imagine Liverpool would snap their hand off as they are willing to finally give up with Nunez after an uneventful three years.
As for Diaz, he is a target of Al-Nassr and Barcelona, with Al Hilal perhaps joining the queue after Diaz himself hinted at a move away.
Although it is unlikely that they will sign both, if the money is right from anybody for these two, Liverpool would be happy to sell, meaning that they could recoup Wirtz transfer fee before he even arrives at Anfield.
Liverpool need a striker more than ever
Even before the potential for an attacking overhaul, the Reds needed a new number nine, made more necessary now if Nunez and Diaz do both depart.
However, rumours surrounding a new striker have gone quiet, with Hugo Ekitike the forward most heavily-tipped to join Liverpool earlier in the window.
Robbie Fowler suggested to sign Ollie Watkins, while the usual suggestions of Viktor Gyokeres and Benjamin Sesko continue to stick around.
Alexander Isak has always been Liverpool’s top target but he looks unattainable, meaning the Reds will have a lot of leg work to do in finding a new striker after the Wirtz deal goes through.
