The Cincinnati Bengals have one of the best pass-catchers in the game right now.
Ja’Marr Chase could easily go down as the record-holder in most categories in franchise history, and it wouldn’t be much of a surprise to see him reach the top 10 in many league-wide stats as well.
With that in mind, he was asked to share his Mt. Rushmore of wide receivers in NFL history.
As shown by Dov Kleiman on X, he had a rather interesting choice, going with Antonio Brown, Cooper Kupp, Calvin Johnson, and Jerry Rice.
“I’m gonna go Calvin Johnson. Got to get Antonio Brown in there. Gotta throw Kupp in there with the triple crown, and Jerry Rice, of course,” Chase said.

Rice is a common name on these lists, and most experts, fans, and players agree that he’s the best at it.
Johnson had the physical traits to be the best ever, but injuries, a short career, and his lack of postseason success may have hurt his case.
Kupp, like Chase, is a former Triple Crown winner.
While he doesn’t impress with physicality or athleticism, his flawless route-running and secure hands made him a legitimate superstar, albeit an odd pick for this question.
Last but not least, Brown had everything to go down as one of the best to ever do it, but his well-known character issues also cut his career short.
At the end of the day, to each his own, and everybody’s entitled to their opinion.
But judging by his personality, Chase was just dying to choose himself four times, and he’s going to put in the work to crack that list once it’s all said and done.
