The report by Fichajes states that United 'aren't willing' to wait any longer for a new striker, and with new talents in mind, they are set to go all out for Gyokeres in a bid to finally strengthen their front line once and for all.

The Swedish star has become one of United's main targets for the summer transfer window, and Red Devils chiefs are already moving to finalise a deal as quickly as they can to avoid any heartache in the race for his signature. United are reportedly willing, and preparing, to submit a bid close to £60million for the former Brighton star, which is deemed as a 'significant' offer - demonstrating the urgency needed to strengthen their attack for next season.
Gyokeres has just completed a 39-goal campaign in the Primeira Liga in 33 games, meaning he's at the peak of his powers thanks to his goalscoring nature, physicality and consistency. The report further states that although there is no final agreement, talks are 'quite advanced', and there is optimism that an agreement between the clubs can soon be reached, with Gyokeres keen on a return to England after two years on the Iberian Peninsula.
