**[Indiana](https://247sports.com/college/indiana/)** picked up a commitment from East St. Louis (Ill.) wide receiver **[Kortez Rupert](https://247sports.com/Player/kortez-rupert-46150280/)** on Monday.
Rupert (6-1, 165 pounds) averaged 27.5 yards a catch (24 receptions for 660 yards) with eight touchdowns.
"They're getting a great young man on and off the field," says Flyers receivers coach Terry Fenton. "He's just an all around good person. On the field, they're getting a playmaker. They're getting a guy that can take the top off coverage and get deep on anybody."
