
Algerian Star Aït-Nouri Signs for Manchester City in £31m Move - None
**Manchester City have signed left-back Rayan Aït-Nouri from Wolverhampton Wanderers for £31 million.**
The five-year deal will see the Algerian international remain at the club until the summer of 2030.
The 24-year-old began his career in the youth systems of AS Val de Fontenay, ASF Le Perreux 94 and Paris FC, before joining Angers in 2016.
He signed his first professional contract with Angers in 2018 and made his debut against Paris Saint-Germain that August, going on to make 23 appearances for the club ahead of a loan move to Wolves in October 2020.
After impressing at Molineux, the Premier League side secured his permanent signing, and over the next four seasons, he made more than 130 appearances for the club.
Speaking to mancity.com, Aït-Nouri expressed his delight at making the move.

“I am also excited about working with and learning from Pep and his coaching team and getting to train and play alongside such a world-class group of players.

On the international stage, Aït-Nouri holds both French and Algerian nationality. After progressing through France’s youth ranks, he officially switched allegiance to Algeria in January 2023 and has since earned over 17 caps for the country.
