Chelsea offer to be made in bid to complete top transfer target–Italian confirms

Italian Journalist Fabrizio Romano has opened up and revealed that CHELSEA are set to make a bigger offer to Borussia Dortmund in a bid to seal their top transfer target Jamie Gittens this transfer window

The Blues have already had an offer knocked back from the German side, But Romano has opened up and revealed that Chelsea are set to make a bigger offer in a bid to try and get a deal done, He says:

“Get ready, new bid for Jamie Gittens is incoming. Chelsea want to try to be fast, I’ll give you details soon but, it will include add ons to try to strike an agreement.

“Chelsea held talks today with Dortmund. Joe Shields again is doing a special job in this, with a mark of ex-City academy on Chelsea team.”
