Everton are looking to strike early in the summer transfer window with some exciting additions.
David Moyes has now seen other Premier League sides add to their squads since the start of the month, but the Toffees are still working behind the scenes.
It is not just transfers that Everton are working on as the club are still finalising the last of their contract sagas.
Everton are keen to sign James McAtee this summer as the club eye considerable improvements to their creative options.
But he is not the only Manchester City player who the Toffees are showing a real interest in ahead of the new campaign.
It has also been suggested Everton want to sign Jack Grealish who has endured a difficult couple of seasons at the Etihad.
Grealish’s future remains uncertain under Pep Guardiola and the Blues may have just been handed a real boost in their pursuit of the winger.

Arsenal hand Everton major Jack Grealish boost
Everton may struggle to match Grealish’s wage demands but the Toffees are one of the Premier League sides looking to offer him a fresh start.

The winger has been left out of Thomas Tuchel’s latest England squad and is in desperate need of kickstarting his career.
According to GiveMeSport, Everton may have just been handed a big boost in their pursuit of the 29-year-old winger.
It is claimed Arsenal have now turned their back on the possibility of offering Grealish a route out of Manchester this summer.
The Gunners have not made any contact over the Englishman who is set to be given the green light to depart City on loan.
There is competition coming from elsewhere in the Premier League, though, with Newcastle United also keen on Grealish.
Any move for Grealish this summer does not feel like an easy one, but it is clear the Blues are placing themselves right amongst the interested parties.
Jack Grealish needs to make smart decision on his future
The former England international is now facing an uphill task if he is to return to the squad for the World Cup next summer.
Grealish is going to need to find a club who will offer him regular first-team football for the 2025/26 campaign.
It is clear his future lies elsewhere after Grealish was left out of Man City’s squad for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup.
The winger will now have a full summer free to make his decision on who will be his next club.
He just needs to make the right choice for his career.
