It seems like time is up for Goncalo Guedes at Wolves as the attacker looks for a move away from Molineux.
Bruno Lage was desperate to sign Guedes back in 2022; that £27.5 million (BBC Sport) decision, however, has since come back to bite Wolves dearly.
Having spent the majority of his Wolves career away from Molineux on loan, Guedes has suffered heavy criticism when he’s made it on the pitch this season.
Given how disappointing his West Midlands spell has been, it’s no surprise that Guedes has an ambition to leave Wolves this summer – a wish that could soon be granted.

Flamengo targeting Goncalo Guedes move
It was hoped that Vitor Pereira’s arrival as manager could help the attacker’s Wolves career. Sadly for both parties, though, that hasn’t been the case.
Guedes’ woeful display against Brentford on the final day seemed to almost seal his fate, and he could now be on his way out of Molineux this summer.
That is according to Luiz Antonio Rubro Negro, who claims that South American giants Flamengo are reportedly interested in Guedes’ services.
Speaking via his YouTube channel, the Brazilian radio presenter stated that whilst there have been no club-to-club talks, representatives of Flamengo are reportedly in contact with the 28-year-old’s camp.

Wolves need to get Guedes off the books
Guedes’ woeful spell in a Wolves shirt is made even worse by the fact that the attacker is actually the highest-paid player at the club.
After the departures of Matheus Cunha and Pablo Sarabia, the Portuguese now tops the Wolves wage bill at £90,000 per week.
Wolves’ highest-paid players Wage
Goncalo Guedes £90,000
Nelson Semedo (deal expiring this summer) £80,000
Hwang Hee-Chan £70,000
Joao Gomes £70,000
Boubacar Traore £55,000
According to Capology
With two years still left to run on his deal, Fosun would be wise to cash in on the 28-year-old while they still have the chance.
If Flamengo make a decent enough offer, Wolves should jump at the chance.
