Arsenal are eyeing a surprise summer move for Juventus starlet Kenan Yildiz, Italian newspaper Tuttosport has claimed.
The Gunners have reportedly identified the promising Turkey international as a potential reinforcement for Mikel Arteta’s attacking options this offseason, having been impressed by his strong displays in Italy.
Yildiz has registered 16 goal contributions across all competitions this season and enjoyed life under manager Igor Tudor while playing as a second striker, despite starting the season on the right wing under Thiago Motta.
The 20-year-old is believed to have no shortage of admirers in the Premier League this summer, but Tuttosport claims Arsenal are showing the strongest interest at the moment.

According to Tuttosport, Arsenal courted Yildiz around 18 months ago, but at that time, their proposal was immediately rejected by Juventus.
The Gunners reportedly now have up to €60m (£50m) to spend on a new winger and are willing to splash out on a promising name, with both Yildiz and Athletic Bilbao’s Nico Williams on their radar.
There is a sense that any potential pursuit of Yildiz could be boosted by Arsenal head scout Matteo Tognozzi’s presence, as the Italian was responsible for bringing the Turkish ‘superstar’ to Juventus from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2022.
Arsenal are eyeing multiple reinforcements for Arteta’s frontline this summer and have earmarked a new striker as a top-priority signing.
The Gunners are now in talks over RB Leipzig starlet Benjamin Sesko’s arrival, but could face surprise competition from clubs in the Saudi Pro League, who have recently made proposals for the 22-year-old striker.
