Lamine Yamal has been bizarrely criticised by former Real Madrid star Guti for wearing his cap backwards during a press conference while on Spain duty.
Guti decided to take aim at Yamal while on El Chiringuito with some truly odd comments.
“I don’t know if this is the first time I’ve seen a guy with a cap backward. I don’t like that,” he said.
“When he goes to Ibiza, or wherever he wants, he can do it. But not with the Spanish national team at a press conference. I don’t like it.”

Guti then decided it wasn’t all Yamal’s fault and that the Spain camp should have provided better advice on how to wear a cap during a press conference.
“This is the reality. And it’s not his fault. It’s the fault of the people standing next to him who don’t say ‘no way,’” he added.
This is not the first team a former Real Madrid player has criticised Yamal’s appearance. Rafael van der Vaart scolded him for wearing his shorts too low earlier this season which brought a mocking response from Yamal after he scored for Spain against the Netherlands.
