Leicester City are likely to encounter a mass exodus this summer.
A second relegation in three years means that they will be playing Championship football once again.
Ruud van Nistelrooy’s future remains in doubt as Leicester reportedly continue to eye Danny Rohl as his replacement.
And despite the club providing supporters with some positive news that Jeremy Monga had signed a new contract, there is still the likelihood of the Foxes facing a points deduction.
That could mean big names are sold for cut price fees and with a World Cup on the horizon in 2026, one player has been told that leaving the King Power Stadium may be the best for his career.

Victor Kristiansen didn’t stick around the last time Leicester were relegated and the growing consensus is that he won’t be here again.
Towards the end of last season, the left-back lost his place to Luke Thomas and after heading to Bologna on loan in the 2023/24 season, Danish outlet BT have tipped him to leave again in order to guarantee himself a place in the national team’s World Cup squad.
They say that “everything indicates” that the full-back will depart in the summer, with his reputation on the continent still strong enough to warrant someone coming in with an offer.
How much could Leicester sell Victor Kristiansen for?
Kristiansen currently has three years left to run on his deal which means he still has some value.
A bidding war for his services could see the Foxes pocket some decent cash but would need anything in excess of £10m to count it as profit.
Clubs know of Leicester’s perilous financial situation too and may look to profit off that themselves by trying to negotiate a cheaper deal.
The 22-year-old will also be aware that a place at the 2026 World Cup is on the line and will know that he can’t afford to get this decision wrong.
