Jack Grealish looks destined to leave Manchester City and has been linked with a move to Tottenham.
Tottenham are looking to improve their forward options after an inconsistent season from captain Son Heung-min.
Grealish is one name on Daniel Levy’s list this summer. The Manchester City star was demoted to a peripheral role this season and could be open to a fresh start.
And Tottenham’s chances of completing the transfer have been rated after a massive new update.

Grealish’s stats for Manchester City (2024/25)
As reported by talkSPORT (9 June), Tottenham and Everton hold a genuine interest in signing Grealish from Manchester City, who want £50m to sanction a permanent sale.
However, the Englishman’s £300,000-per-week wages could be a stumbling block for interested parties.
As a result, Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – believes Tottenham should consider an alternative to Grealish.
“I wouldn’t want Tottenham to sign Grealish,” Wenham said.
“I don’t think we’ve seen the Grealish that we saw at Aston Villa for around three years now. He is on massive money; he is quite injury prone, and I don’t know if he still has that hunger.
“We just haven’t seen top-level performances from him for several years now, and with his wages, I don’t think a move to Tottenham is the right fit for either party.”

Tottenham should trust Mathys Tel next season
When City signed Grealish from Aston Villa for a whopping £100million fee, it seemed everyone was on the edge of their seats, waiting for one of the best individual peaks in football history.
However, the playmaker has gone down as one of the biggest ‘big-money’ failures in recent times.
Tottenham are clawing their way back to the top after winning the UEFA Europa League and qualifying for the UEFA Champions League.
Therefore, it would be a huge step back if Spurs were to sign Grealish this summer. Instead, the Lilywhites should look to invest their resources in younger players.
One way they can do this is by signing Mathys Tel permanently. The 20-year-old has shown more promise in half a season than Grealish has since he transferred to Man City.
Therefore, if Spurs want to continue their upward trajectory, Grealish should be the last player to sign for them this summer.
