Everton will aim to beat Aston Villa and Newcastle United to the signature of 29-year-old Manchester City outcast Jack Grealish in the summer transfer window.

However, the former Aston Villa captain has only shown flashes of brilliance in the last four years, with his stock falling in the two most recent seasons.
The 29-year-old managed only 1,521 minutes of game time across 32 appearances in all competitions in the 2024/25 season while chipping in with three goals and five assists. However, Grealish’s stock in the market remains high, with Aston Villa, Everton, and Newcastle United among the prospective suitors vying for his signature in the summer transfer window.
