Chelsea striker Armando Broja, who spent last year on loan at Everton, has received several enquiries from the Bundesliga this summer, including from RB Leipzig and VfL Wolfsburg.
That’s according to journalist Florian Plettenberg, who reports that both sides are closely monitoring the 23-year-old Chelsea forward.
Plettenberg states that Broja has received several inquiries from the Bundesliga and is one to watch out for across the summer transfer window.
A move away from Stamford Bridge and Chelsea has already been planned. He does not appear to be in the Blues’ plans after spending last season on loan at Everton. He missed most of the campaign through injury and managed just a handful of appearances under Sean Dyce and Davd Moyes.
That’s not stopped clubs from showing interest. Leipzig and Wolfsburg are keen on the 23-year-old, whose current contract runs until 2028. He’s valued at around €20m, failing to add much to his reputation after a difficult time at Everton.
Whether either of the Bundesliga duo would be willing to spend that, isn’t made clear. For now, it appears that they are watching from a distance before making a move for the Albanian international.
It also remains to be seen if Broja fancies the move, given he’s yet to get a real shot at the Premier League.
