Manchester United want £70million for unwanted winger Alejandro Garnacho this summer, with a number of clubs interested in the Argentina international's signature. Garnacho had previously been slapped with a £60m asking price when Napoli appeared to be the dominant club in the market.

Now, the 20-year-old has a queue of sides looking to be kept aware of his situation. Napoli are joined by Chelsea, who were also linked with a move in January, Aston Villa, Atletico Madrid and Erik ten Hag's Bayer Leverkusen, according to the Independent.

Garnacho offers a prime chance for United to bring in a profitable fee and to provide a boost to the team's outlook under profit and sustainability rules as a result of coming through the club's academy after signing from Atletico Madrid as a 16-year-old. The winger has been told to find a new club by boss Ruben Amorim.

That came after Garnacho had vented his frustration at not playing a more prominent role in United's Europa League final defeat to Tottenham. In the aftermath of that loss, the attacker hinted that an exit was potentially on the cards.

“It’s hard for everyone," he said after the game. "The season was s***, both now losing the final tonight, and in the league, where we didn’t beat anyone, that’s the truth.

"Up until the final, I’ve played every round, and today to play 20 minutes… I don’t know. I’m going to try to enjoy the summer and see what happens after.”

Garnacho was axed for the Red Devils' final Premier League squad of the season afterwards. Amorim suggested he would still be seen in United colours once again, though the side did quickly travel for post-season matches in Asia.

The Old Trafford rejected a £40m bid from Napoli in January when Garnacho was tipped for an exit. But the Italian side and Chelsea are said to have been broached about reigniting their interest.

Despite plenty of suitors in Europe, Garnacho could yet be presented with an offer from Saudi Arabia. Al-Nassr have discussed the ace as an alternative target to Liverpool winger Luis Diaz

The side are unlikely too have too many quibbles about meeting United's asking price, while linking up with Cristiano Ronaldo once again could prove tempting for Garnacho. After having his own future speculated upon, Ronaldo confirmed he is set to stay at Al-Nassr in the immediate future despite his contract being due to expire.
