The Buffalo Bills will conduct their final three spring practice sessions this week before a month-long break. The team will have mandatory minicamp from Tuesday to Thursday, and players will be subject to $104,768 in fines if they skip all three days without an excused absence. If a player skips Day 1, they will be fined $17,462, $34,925 for Day 2, and $52,381 for Day 3.
All eyes will be on their top offensive playmaker.

James Cook is reportedly seeking a new contract with his sights set on $15 million per year, which would tie him for the third-highest-paid running back in the league. However, the front office and the Pro Bowler have not made any progress in extension talks, with no deal expected in the near future. As a result, Cook did not participate in voluntary OTAs.

According to Ian Rapoport, James Cook is present for the start of mandatory minicamp, avoiding $104,768 in fines. However, as Rapoport points out, it is unclear how much he will participate in minicamp. There is a real chance that Cook will conduct a hold-in and not practice.
